Terms of Use

Last updated: October 6, 2026

These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your use of Ripply, the habit tracker for iPhone and Apple Watch published by VektraMind (“the app”, “we”, “us”). By downloading or using Ripply, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.

1. Your purchase and license

Ripply is a paid app sold through the App Store, with no in-app purchases or subscriptions. Your purchase is processed by Apple and is subject to Apple’s Media Services Terms and Conditions; refunds are handled by Apple at reportaproblem.apple.com. The app is licensed, not sold: we grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use Ripply on Apple devices that you own or control, as permitted by the App Store’s Usage Rules. You may not copy, modify, distribute, reverse-engineer or create derivative works based on the app.

2. Your data

Your habits, days, notes and settings are stored on your devices and, if you use iCloud, in your own private iCloud, as described in the Privacy Policy. Because we never receive this data, we cannot restore it if it is deleted or lost. Keeping iCloud on is the best way to keep a copy on your other devices.

3. Streaks, freezes and achievements

Streaks, freezes, goals and achievements are there to help you keep going. They are not a guarantee of any result, and the rules for earning and using them may change as the app improves.

4. Thought of the Day

Ripply shows a short “Thought of the Day” related to your habit. It comes from a fixed, curated library bundled with the app: it is not generated by artificial intelligence, does not need an internet connection and is not personalized beyond matching it to the name of your habit. It is provided for motivation only and is not medical, legal, financial or other professional advice.

5. Your health

Ripply is not a medical app. If a habit you track involves exercise, diet, sleep, medication or anything else that affects your health, follow the advice of a qualified professional, and stop if something feels wrong.

6. Acceptable use

You agree not to use Ripply for any unlawful purpose or in any way that could harm others. You may not attempt to interfere with, compromise or circumvent the security of the app or of the Apple services it relies on, such as iCloud.

7. Intellectual property

All content, design, code and trademarks associated with Ripply are the property of the developer and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Nothing in these Terms grants you any right to use our trademarks or branding.

8. Disclaimer of warranties

Ripply is provided “as is”, without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the app will be uninterrupted or error-free, or that it will meet your specific needs or expectations.

9. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages arising out of your use of, or inability to use, Ripply, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages. Nothing in these Terms limits any rights you have as a consumer that cannot be limited by law.

10. Governing law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be resolved through binding arbitration or in a competent court of jurisdiction.

11. Changes to these Terms

We may revise these Terms. The updated version will be indicated by a revised “Last updated” date at the top of this page. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
