These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your use of the Aimora mobile application ("the app"). By downloading or using Aimora, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.

1. License

We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use Aimora on your Apple devices as permitted by the App Store Terms of Service. You may not copy, modify, distribute, reverse-engineer, or create derivative works based on the app.

2. Subscription and Free Trial

Aimora offers a free trial period followed by an auto-renewing subscription ("Aimora Pro"). The following terms apply:

• The free trial duration is displayed at the time of sign-up in the app.
• Your subscription will automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period.
• Your Apple ID account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours before the end of the current period.
• You can manage and cancel your subscription in your Apple ID Account Settings at any time.
• No refunds are provided for unused portions of a subscription period, except as required by applicable law.
• Any unused portion of a free trial is forfeited upon purchasing a subscription.

3. AI-Generated Content

Aimora uses an AI language model to generate personalized step suggestions. These suggestions are generated automatically based on the context you provide and are intended as productivity prompts only. They do not constitute professional advice of any kind — medical, legal, financial, or otherwise. You are solely responsible for evaluating and acting on any generated suggestion.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use Aimora for any unlawful purpose or in any way that could harm others. You may not attempt to interfere with, compromise, or circumvent the security of the app or its backend services.

5. Intellectual Property

All content, design, code, and trademarks associated with Aimora are the property of the developer and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Nothing in these Terms grants you any right to use our trademarks or branding.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

Aimora is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the app will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that AI-generated steps will meet your specific needs or expectations.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of your use of, or inability to use, Aimora — even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

8. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be resolved through binding arbitration or in a competent court of jurisdiction.

9. Changes to These Terms

We may revise these Terms at any time. The updated version will be indicated by a revised "Last updated" date. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
